Nexus Management S.à r.l. is an aviation management platform designed to manage multiple Luxembourg Special Limited Partnerships (SCSps). For each investor or group of investors, a dedicated and fully independent SCSp can be created, with its own assets, its own governance, and its own legal structure — such as NEXUS Aviation SCSp, our first operational entity.
Our support covers the full lifecycle of each SCSp: aircraft selection and acquisition negotiation, contractual arrangements with service providers (operator, maintenance, insurance), pilot selection, day-to-day operational management, charter revenue optimisation, and financial structuring via Agility Securities II.

Nexus Management's financial structuring is carried out in conjunction with Agility Securities II, a Luxembourg securitisation fund issuing Floating Rate Notes (Debt Compartment) and Variable Coupon Notes (Equity Compartment) to professional investors.
